Directions: Get to the Pennyrile Parkway as shown on the courtesy Mapquest map link below. Go West on the exit where the Cracker Barrel is. The exit sign should mention East Center Rd. Continue West for a country block or two. Fairgrounds on right. Should see midway amusements from highway. Racetrack at back of property. Sorry, this is the best I can do.
