Kentucky Dirt Track Series Crittenden Co. Fairgrounds The summer fair circuit kicked into gear this evening as the combined short track/TT program rolled into Marion. With impending rain in sight a good finish in the heats was important as the rain put an end to the show after the heat races. The finishing order was decided by the heat race finish.
Aaron Ladd gassed it up to sweep the Open Pro-Am class along with the stock XR100’s. Ladd leapt to the lead in the Pro-Am TT as John Faulkner crept into second past Colby Chandler and Dakota Simmons.
Ladd did an instant replay on the short tract as Dean Faulkner jammed into second leaving Chandler to hold off John for third. Ladd returned to sweep the XR100 classes and Dean did likewise to the 70 Singles.
